Terms for using WearSight.

The service

WearSight provides a digital wardrobe, outfit-planning tools, and virtual try-on previews. You need an account to use private wardrobe, photo, generation, history, and billing features.

Virtual try-on results

Generated images are visual ideas, not a guarantee of physical fit, size, fabric behavior, color accuracy, availability, or how an item will look in real life. Review important purchase or styling decisions independently.

Your uploads and permissions

Only upload photos and clothing images you own or have permission to use. Do not upload illegal, abusive, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or infringing material, and do not use another person’s image without their permission.

You keep your rights in the content you upload. You allow WearSight and its service providers to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested service.

Credits and pricing

WearSight uses prepaid credits for virtual try-on generation. Current pricing and the number of credits required for a generation are shown before purchase and in the billing area. Credit purchases are one-off purchases, not subscriptions.

We may change pricing or credit requirements for future purchases or future generations. We will not change the amount already charged for a completed transaction.

Payments through Paddle

Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and reseller for paid credit purchases. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, and approved refunds. WearSight does not store your full card details.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled under the WearSight Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle rather than paid directly by WearSight. The Refund Policy is available from the legal navigation below.

Acceptable use

Do not use WearSight to violate another person’s rights, create unlawful or abusive content, probe or disrupt the service, bypass usage or payment controls, or access another user’s account or data.

Availability and account access

Features may change, pause, or become unavailable for maintenance, safety, legal, provider, or cost reasons. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties, including for material misuse of these terms.
